1. To conduct a records search, enter the criteria/information in the search field.
    Note: Search can be conducted by Owner Name(enter Last Name[space]First Name), Property Control Number, Mailing/Property Address
  2. Click
  3. Once the results are displayed, click on the Property Control Number to view/pay.
    Note: Results can be rearranged by selecting an "Order by" option.
  4. Click on "Additional Search Options" to search by more specific criteria.

 

  • The Property Control Number can be found on your tax bill. Example: 11-22-33-44-55-666-7777.
  • The entire Property Control Number must be entered to perform a Property Control Number search. No need to enter the dashes.
  • For addresses, enter your "Street Number" and "Street Name".
  • Entering less information will generally yield more results. At least three characters entered in the "Street Name" field are required.
  • Completely spell out the name of the street for specific results; i.e. entering "Mount" will only return records that exactly match, it will not return "Mountain". Do not enter the street type (Way, Street, Lane or Road)
  • An asterisk (*) may be used in the field as a “wildcard” to expand results. For example, entering "Mount*" would also return "Mountain".
  • Avoid using street types (LN, ST, AVE) and directions (N, S, E, W) to return better results.

Please note that Delinquent Real Estate Property Tax cannot be paid online.

PROPERTY TAX DISCOUNTS

Discounts for early payments:

 

  • 4% in November
  • 3% in December
  • 2% in January
  • 1% in February
  • No discount in March

Discounts are determined by the date the payment is received or the date of the online payment.

Real Estate taxes become delinquent on April 1 of each year and cannot be paid online after that date.
